We love being small enough to give a personalised touch to everything we do. We’re a fully remote team that specialises in working with sole traders, entrepreneurs, founders, startups, digital nomads, and small-mid sized businesses.

Meet The Founder, Em

Hey, I’m Em, the founder.

How (and where) do I work? Good question. I generally work 9am – 4pm every weekday, the only difference between me and most people is my time zone changes a lot. 

The good thing about being a digital worker is the flexibility to work from anywhere. I’m location independent and am able to work 100% remote, no matter where in the world your business may be.

With 13+ years experience, Emily has worked in a range of  roles for companies including ANZ Stadium, Bankwest Stadium, Talent, Apple and Myer before founding Eb + Flo Digital. 

An advocate for mental health awareness, she spends her time volunteering and working with charities, not for profits and enterprises to break the stigma and raise awareness.

With a strong creative and technical background she holds a Bachelor of Communications (Digital Media) from Swinburne University, and Master of Communications (Media) from Deakin University.

Jio is a social media expert with an extensive creative and customer centric background. 

A Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute, she has a history working in customer service bilingually, managing teams and running large projects.

We’ll go over the final project together and ensure it’s exactly what you’re after, revising when needed.

We’re done! You’ll have a final project, campaign or design ready to go.

Yes. We can work very quickly, but our lead times will vary throughout the year. 

We always want to make sure there is enough time to dedicate everything to making sure every website and project we work on is exactly what our clients want and by the agreed deadline.

This means we do book projects in advance and add things into a queue. 

Need something urgent? Reach out and we’ll see what we can do. 

A refresh will generally keep most of the same structure, copy and brand elements of your existing site, but change either from a design, copy, content or functionality perspective.

It’s kind of like a facelift. The same basic site will be there, but most of the time the design will be updated to look a little more modern or updated. It is far less involved and effort than a redesign or brand new site.

A website redesign means a new blank slate for your website. You’ll keep the same domain and maybe some of the same branding, copy or imagery, but the backend and overall design structure of your website will usually change.

This is a much bigger job than a refresh, but less than designing from scratch as you’ll likely have at last the structure and copy for your site ready.

Website hosting is the service of storing and making your website accessible online. When you create a website, it needs to be stored on a server connected to the internet. Your SSL is the ‘s’ in ‘https’ and tells users your website is secure. We’ll help set this up for you if you don’t already have it, or migrate it from your existing provider if you already have a website. The page builder is the way you edit the website once done. Chat to us about this if you’re not sure!

For us to actually design and build your website, the two most important things are branding, copy and imagery. 

Aside from that, it’s good to know what and how many pages you need, any integrations with other platforms and anything else you need your website to do!

Please be aware! Your website or project can’t be started until you’ve provided all branding, copy, imagery and other assets. They’re key parts of your website and nothing can begin without them. If you require professional advice or direction, please let us know.
