A DECADE OF CHIRO CARE, REIMAGINED
Pittwater Chiro, a well-established chiropractic clinic on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, came to us with a vision for transformation. Having operated for nearly a decade under the name Life Works Chiropractic, founders Cath and Todd Stevenson felt it was time to start fresh. While their services—ranging from manipulation and soft tissue therapy to cupping, dry needling, and shockwave therapy—were modern and effective, their branding no longer reflected their values, their personality, or their local community focus.
Todd and Cath wanted a new identity that spoke to their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to patient-centered care. They weren’t just looking for a logo redesign or a new website—they wanted a comprehensive rebrand to set the tone for the next chapter of their clinic. That’s where we stepped in, ready to guide them through the entire process.
THE VISION & GOALS
Rebranding a business is no small task, but Todd and Cath had a clear vision. They wanted their clinic to feel approachable and modern while maintaining the warmth and professionalism that had earned them a loyal patient base.
Their goals were to:

- Create a brand that captured both their personalities and the community spirit of the Northern Beaches.
- Introduce their rebrand to existing clients without alienating or confusing them.
- Establish a solid foundation for growth with cohesive branding across all touch points, from digital to physical.
The challenge was to help Todd and Cath achieve all this without adding to their workload or overwhelming them with the complexities of a rebrand.
TAKING THE STRESS OUT OF REBRANDING
Rebranding can feel like a monumental task, especially for small business owners who are already managing their day-to-day operations. For Todd and Cath, the process of choosing a new name, logo, and website, along with overhauling their communication materials, seemed daunting. That’s where our expertise in project management became essential.
We took on the role of not just a creative partner but also a project manager. From the moment the project began, our goal was to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for Todd and Cath. We broke the rebrand into manageable stages, handling every detail while keeping them involved only when decisions needed their input.
This approach allowed them to focus on what they do best—caring for their patients—while we took care of the rebrand. We scheduled regular check-ins to keep them informed and on track, but we also made sure they could trust us to manage the day-to-day aspects of the project.
BUILDING THEIR NEW BRAND
The foundation of the rebrand was their new name: Pittwater Chiro. It reflects their strong connection to the Northern Beaches and their approachable, professional ethos. From there, we worked on developing a cohesive visual identity that encapsulated the clinic’s personality and values.
We created a clean, modern logo inspired by the calming coastal environment, which felt right at home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The logo featured sleek typography and a graphic wave motif that tied their brand to their local community while conveying a sense of movement and healing.
The color palette balanced cool tones for professionalism and warmth, creating a sense of trust and approachability. Every detail was designed to align with Cath and Todd’s values and the clinic’s mission to provide exceptional, patient-focused care.
Once the core branding was finalized, we expanded it across all touchpoints. The website was a centerpiece of the rebrand—a modern, user-friendly platform that not only showcased their services but also conveyed their professionalism and community focus.
We handled everything, from wireframes and design to development and SEO optimization, ensuring that the website would perform well on search engines and attract new patients. The copywriting emphasized their unique approach to chiropractic care, positioning them as leaders in their field while remaining approachable.
On the social media front, we provided templates and strategic guidance, allowing them to maintain a consistent presence online. We also set up email marketing accounts and templates, giving them the tools to communicate with their patients more effectively.
For their physical presence, we designed business cards, store signage, and other printed materials to reinforce their new identity. Every element, from email signatures to in-clinic signage, was crafted to create a seamless, cohesive experience for their patients.
