Heartfelt Celebrancy, led by Bec, is a unique Sydney-based celebrant service specializing in non-traditional, heartfelt ceremonies. Initially focused solely on weddings, Bec has now expanded her services to include one-of-a-kind funeral ceremonies, allowing families to create personal and authentic farewells. Her distinctive approach challenges traditional perceptions of funerals and weddings, offering ceremonies where loved ones and even pets can be part of the celebration.

Bec is a quirky, animal-loving celebrant whose mission is to disrupt traditional perceptions of both weddings and funerals. She specializes in crafting authentic, heartfelt ceremonies that reflect the personality and spirit of the individuals involved, whether for a joyful wedding with beloved pets or a deeply personal farewell ceremony. With Bec, no ceremony is standard—it’s always fun, personal, and truly memorable.

The Heartfelt Celebrancy project began with a deep dive into Bec’s vision—what makes her services stand out and how we could communicate that across every touchpoint. With her recent move into funeral services, we aimed to create a brand that was fun yet respectful, with a warmth and authenticity that would resonate with her audience.

Bec’s personal involvement in every aspect of the project made working on this brand an absolute pleasure. We collaborated closely, ensuring that the bold new branding aligned perfectly with her mission to change attitudes toward both weddings and funerals. It was clear from the start that this wasn’t just about rebranding—it was about creating something that would grow with Bec’s evolving business.

In addition to the website, the suite of Instagram assets we developed ensures Bec’s brand is consistently represented across all channels, helping her connect with her audience in a cohesive and engaging way. THE CUSTOM ‘BUILD YOUR OWN CEREMONY’ FUNCTION:

One of the standout features we introduced during the website build was the “Build Your Own” package function.

This tool has been pivotal in empowering Bec’s clients to tailor celebrancy services to their needs and budget. With this feature, clients can mix and match various offerings—whether it’s adding personalised readings or incorporating pet-friendly elements—giving them full control over the structure and cost of their ceremony.

This level of customisation not only enhances the user experience but also aligns with Bec’s mission to offer accessible, bespoke celebrancy services, making planning smoother, more personal, and stress-free.

The launch of her funeral services has introduced her to new clients seeking a more personal, contemporary approach to farewells. Her optimised website is already ranking highly for key search terms, driving increased traffic and inquiries.

As we move into Phase Two, we’re excited to continue our partnership with Bec and Heartfelt Celebrancy. We have plans to:

  • Build an interactive client portal that will allow her clients to easily book services, manage their ceremonies, and access resources.
  • Introduce new service pages, focusing on specific SEO strategies to further increase visibility in both wedding and funeral markets.
  • Continue refining her digital presence to ensure that as her business grows, her brand remains strong, consistent, and easily accessible.
