We’re a small team that gives a personalised touch to everything we do. Fully remote, we specialise in creating unique branding, data driven marketing strategies and stand-out websites.
The designs we create are sleek, modern and colourful. While we’ve got a defined style of design, we always make sure no two brands are the same.
We aim to bring a contemporary vibe to our clients’ online presence without compromising on quality or taking away from the client’s mission, style or identity. Our goal is to offer people something that lets them stand out, something new and different to the same old designs and templates you see everywhere.

Emily
With 14+ years experience, Emily has worked in a range of roles for companies including ANZ Stadium, Bankwest Stadium, Talent, Apple and Myer before founding Eb + Flo Digital.
An advocate for mental health, she spends her time volunteering and working with charities, not for profits and enterprises to break the stigma and raise awareness.
With a strong creative and technical background she holds a Bachelor of Communications (Digital Media) from Swinburne University, and Master of Communications (Media) from Deakin University.

Jio
Jio is a social media expert with an extensive creative and customer centric background.
A Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute, she has a history working in customer service bilingually, managing teams and running large projects.
She has a passion for creativity and all things art, which has led her to choosing this path as a way to express her creativity, visualising ideas and goals into social media content.

Katy
Katy is a copywriter and copyeditor with an academic background.
Having worked as a language editor for various science journals in the publishing house De Gruyter Open, she naturally specialises in business and technical texts.
However, her lifelong love of storytelling led her to work on a wide variety of projects ranging from engineering and leadership texts to romance novels.
She is interested in personal development, mindfulness, and all things writing.

our story
From freelancer to studio. Founded by Emily McCabe in April 2020, Eb and Flo Digital slowly grew from a one woman agency into the multi-service digital studio it is now.
After over four and a half years in business, much has changed for us. We started as just a small marketing agency, but as we grew and matured our focus gradually shifted to also including a wide range of digital design, copywriting and website design services.
The one integral thing we’ve never changed on is our mission to do good. While we mainly work with entrepreneurs, small and mid-sized businesses, the thing we’re most proud of is devoting one to two days a week doing pro-bono or reduced-cost work for a mix of charities and not-for-profits. Ensuring we’re actively taking steps towards positive change and fulfilling our mission to help and do good.
