We were so excited to team up with the incredible Malta SPCA (MSPCA) for their recent event, A Night at the Salesians – a glamorous black-tie evening held in support of their mission to protect and care for animals in need.
The MSPCA has been a cornerstone of animal welfare in Malta for over 120 years! Originally founded in 1900 by Marjorie de Wolf as the first animal welfare organization on the island, they’ve paved the way for compassionate care, advocacy, and public education around animal rights. We were honoured to contribute to this powerful legacy by helping bring their vision for the event to life.
DESIGNING A LUXURIOUS EVENT EXPERIENCE
This project was a fun departure from our usual style. The inspiration behind the event branding was all about black-tie luxury. Think timeless, elegant and refined. From the moment we kicked things off, we knew we wanted every design detail to reflect the formality of the evening while still staying true to the warm and generous spirit of the MSPCA.
To set the tone, we developed a custom logo and brand identity for the event. This served as a creative foundation, informing everything from the colour palette and typography to layout. Once the brand direction was set, we applied it across a wide range of deliverables.
We designed a suite of print materials including event posters, large banners, and pull-up signage to elevate the physical space. Projection graphics were created for on-site visuals, and we added a more personal touch with custom tote bags and lanyards for volunteers – details that made everyone involved feel part of something special.
To build anticipation and awareness in the lead up to the event, a collection of social media templates was created. This made it easy for MSPCA to share event updates, sneak peeks, and calls to action in a cohesive and visually engaging way. We also designed and developed a dedicated web page for the event, serving as a hub for ticket info, event details, and ways to get involved.

A PROJECT WITH A PURPOSE
Working with a purpose-driven organisation like MSPCA is always incredibly rewarding. Knowing that this event would raise funds and awareness for animals who truly need it made the creative process even more meaningful. Plus, we loved the challenge of creating something outside our usual aesthetic and leaning into the elegance and sophistication the night called for.
