ELEVATING AN ESTABLISHED FIRM
TH Walker came to us at an interesting moment. The firm had over 40 years of established reputation, but the existing Wix website wasn’t reflecting the quality of the team or the service they provided. With Jason stepping into ownership, it was time to modernise, but not at the expense of everything they’d built.
This wasn’t about reinventing the firm. It was about refining and elevating what already existed, creating a digital presence that honored the legacy while clearly signaling a new chapter.
The challenge was balancing professionalism with personality, making sure the site felt trustworthy and established while also being approachable and easy to navigate for clients who may be dealing with legal processes for the first time.
A BRAND THAT FEELS MODERN, NOT CORPORATE
Legal branding tends to default to heavy navy palettes, serif fonts, and an overall aesthetic that screams “we take ourselves very seriously.” We wanted TH Walker to stand out without losing credibility.
We created a dark, minimal, modern aesthetic built around strong use of black and white for contrast and clarity. Then we introduced vibrant accent colors (green, blue, and subtle purple tones) to add energy and personality without feeling frivolous.
The result is a brand that feels established yet progressive. It’s clean and professional, but with enough personality to stand out in a traditionally conservative industry. It’s confident without being intimidating, which is exactly the tone you want when you’re helping people through property purchases, estate planning, or family disputes.
MAKING LEGAL SERVICES FEEL HUMAN
A key focus was making the website experience feel welcoming, especially given the emotional and high-stakes nature of services like wills, probate, and estate administration. People come to TH Walker during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, so the website needed to feel like a supportive guide, rather than another obstacle.
We designed the site with clean, structured layouts that prioritise clarity and ease of use. Strong typography with bold, confident headings helps users navigate quickly, and the overall tone balances professionalism with approachability.
Mobile responsiveness was critical. Often people searching for legal services are doing so on their phones, often in the middle of a stressful situation. The site needed to work seamlessly across all devices.
In collaboration with copywriter Sarah MacDiarmid, we completed a full rewrite of all website content. Legal language is notoriously complex, and while accuracy matters, accessibility matters just as much.
We simplified explanations of services, making sure everyday clients could understand what they needed without feeling overwhelmed. The content is SEO-driven, strategically structured to help people find the firm when they’re searching for help. It’s also genuinely useful, answering questions clearly and building confidence in the process.
The content feels both informative and approachable, helping users feel more supported rather than more confused.
FUNCTIONALITY THAT ACTUALLY HELPS CLIENTS

Custom Contract Review Upload Tool
Clients can upload contracts directly through the website for review, streamlining one of the firm’s key service offerings. This removes friction from the process and makes it easier for potential clients to take that first step.
Team-Focused Design
We placed strong emphasis on team profiles, showcasing the people behind the business in a warm, approachable way. Legal services are deeply personal, and seeing the faces and backgrounds of the team builds trust and familiarity before the first conversation even happens.
Google Reviews Integration
We integrated Google Reviews directly into the site, building credibility and social proof into the user experience. Real feedback from real clients helps new visitors feel confident they’re making the right choice.
LinkedIn Presence
We also created and branded a new LinkedIn presence for the business, extending their professional credibility beyond the website.
The WordPress and Elementor CMS setup means the team can easily update content, add new team members, and manage the site internally without needing a developer on call.
